Yoga has always been an incredible practice for me physically, helping me to relieve hip and lower back pain I’d grown accustomed to for years. But, like many during the Covid19 lockdown, I realized I needed a deeper healing. I enrolled in a 200-hr YTT and have made my mat my safe space and personal playground ever since. Yoga has helped me connect my mind and body to deepen my understanding and love of Self. This is the energy I desire for my students within themselves, on their mat, with the combined power of the breath and asanas and so much more to aid in transformation.
