I am a certified yoga instructor and neuromuscular massage therapist with over a decade of experience in my personal practice. I enjoy blending movement, breath, and energy work to create a deeply holistic practice. To me, yoga is more than just physical postures. A not so hidden path to self-awareness, transformation, and connection to the unseen rhythms that shape our lives. 

My teaching is rooted in my background in bodywork, integrating postural alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement. Drawing from Anusara yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and functional movement, I offer classes that cultivate balance, resilience, and a strong yet fluid practice. Students can expect purposeful sequences that build stability, open the heart, and encourage introspection. 

Beyond yoga, I have a deep love for astrology and esoteric studies, often weaving celestial insights and mythological storytelling into my teachings. I also enjoy making vegan desserts, spending time in nature, and cherishing moments with my family. Whether I’m guiding a dynamic Vinyasa flow, a meditative Yin session, or breathwork practices that harmonize energy, my goal is to create a practice that is both grounding and expansive.
